All you need to do is write your email messages ahead of time and upload them into your auto-responder.

Once you set the frequency of the emails, your auto-responder takes over. Once someone enters their contact information into your opt-in form on your capture page, they are automatically uploaded into your auto-responder, which starts sending them emails.

This lets you follow up with prospects automatically.
