1. List And Enumerate Your Goals
Take your diary or journal and list the goal that you wish to happen in your life. You may fill the entire page with the goal that you have. Well, you should have reflected on these before you have written them. Be determined that you will stick to these goals.
Arrange your goals and have them in sync where you are in your life right now. If you are still a student, then finishing your education is relevant to this. Hence, move your goal of getting a good job in the later part of the list. This way, you can avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed because of the various goal that you have.
3. Evaluate Your Goals
Read the different goals that you have written and examine if you have made SMART goals. The goals that you have should be specific, meaningful or measurable, attainable, relevant and trackable. Your goal should make sense.

Think of what you need to do to be able to achieve your goal in life, both small and long-term goals. Getting an action plan will keep you properly guided so that you won’t get lost along the journey.
