Yesterday, When I logged into my AdSense account and received a notification regarding AdSense page level beta. The extensive features of Achor ads are that they don’t count towards existing three ad unit limit of Adsense.

Login to your Adsense account and click on my ads>page level ads.
Enabling anchors ads require toggling the switch as shown in above image. Both can be enabled at a time. That being done, you will scroll down to the add the code for page level section.
